- What about our enterprise contracts?
- Contract terms are read from Chargebee's contract metadata and used to exclude locked customers from elasticity samples and from experiment cohorts. You can also opt-in specific enterprise segments to the analysis if they're on flexible terms.
- Can RevTune work with Chargebee Receivables or Revenue Recognition?
- RevTune focuses on pricing decisions and reads invoice-level data. We don't replace your AR or RevRec stack — we sit alongside it.
- How are the API permissions scoped?
- Read-only at the site level. The key cannot create, modify, or delete any Chargebee record. Generate it from your Chargebee API Console with the read-only role and rotate any time.
